Simple, Transparent Cash Pricing
At Empowher Health & Wellness, we believe you should understand the cost of your care before your visit. Our services are offered on a self-pay basis, allowing us to focus on personalized care without the restrictions often associated with traditional insurance-based visits.
A $50 deposit is required when scheduling and will be applied toward the total visit fee. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file on the appointment date.
Established Patient

For existing patients needing follow-up care, medication management, treatment adjustments, or review of ongoing concerns.
Prescription medications and laboratory testing are not included in the visit fee unless specifically stated.
Additional specialty-management services may be available to established members following a clinical evaluation. Additional fees apply.
Lab Review
Stand-Alone Lab Review

For patients who would like an individualized review and interpretation of laboratory results when a full office visit is not required.
If laboratory findings require evaluation, diagnosis, medication initiation, or a change in treatment, a follow-up visit may be recommended.
Laboratory & Medication Costs
Laboratory testing, prescription medications, compounded medications, supplements, and pharmacy charges are not included in visit pricing unless specifically stated.
When possible, you will be informed of anticipated costs before proceeding with additional services.
Insurance
Empowher Health & Wellness is a self-pay practice.
Payment is due at the time services are provided.
We do not bill health insurance for office visits. Depending on your individual insurance plan, you may be able to use your insurance benefits for outside laboratory testing, imaging, or prescription medications.
Good Faith Estimates
Patients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their healthcare services in accordance with applicable federal law.
